Courage and fear
Courage isn't the absence of fear it’s the choice to act in spite of it. Fear is natural; it protects us, warns us, and even teaches us. But when fear becomes a barrier, courage steps in. It’s what pushes us to speak up, take risks, and face the unknown. Whether it's standing up for what’s right, starting something new, or confronting personal struggles, courage is often quiet, unseen, and deeply personal. It doesn’t always roar—sometimes it’s a whisper that says, “Try again tomorrow.”
Fear can be powerful, but it doesn’t have to define us.
Each time we act with courage, we grow stronger and expand the limits of what we believe is possible.
Embracing both fear and courage allows us to live more fully, take bold steps, and discover our true resilience. In the dance between the two, we often find our greatest strength.
